Here we are ten weeks into the New Year and the Fetch Fitness Challenge. Brian K. Pritchard has been open with all his goal of losing 66 pounds in 52 weeks in order to reach his goal weight of 190 pounds.

It may seem like losing weight is an obtainable goal by simply doing the exercise and diet. Brian quickly realized what it means that weight loss should not be seen as a quick fix but a full lifestyle change. After losing 16 pounds Brian hit the dreaded plateau.

But has that stopped Brian in quest of healthier living? NO WAY!
