Pickens to Hold All Pro Baseball Clinic

The Pickens High School Diamond Club in conjunction with Pickens County Parks and Recreation is set to host an All Pro Baseball Clinic on Sunday, February 10th at the Pickens County Recreation fields for baseball players from 3rd grade to 8th grade.

Registration for the clinic will begin at 2:00 p.m. on February 10th with the clinic beginning at approximately 2:30 p.m. The cost of the clinic will be $35 to benefit the PHS Diamond Club. Camp staff for the clinic will include Mac Seibert, senior scout for the New York Mets, Eddie Jack “Scooter” Tucker, manager of the Cleveland Indians’ full-season Class A affiliate, Brian Bridges, scout for the Atlanta Braves, and Jim Bryant, scout for the New York Mets. Other area scouts and baseball talent will be added to the clinic staff along with the PHS baseball staff as well as current and former Dragons helping out.

This is your chance to have your child evaluated by the pros. Mac and his team of professionals will work hands on with your child and give them tips on what it takes to become a high level baseball player.
