America’s Two Handicaps

Opinion

Opinion by George McClellan:

Kerry and Obama, and apparently their staff’s, are the most incredibly incompetent if not downright stupid representatives of the United States that has ever come on the world stage. We had a good preview of John Kerry thirty or so years ago, when he gave false testimony to a congressional committee alleging horrible crimes committed by US military troops in Vietnam. Kerry, a close associate of our beloved traitor Jane Fonda, continuously humiliates himself publicly every time he opens his mouth, and he doesn’t know it.  His grasp of the Arab mind and his conduct of foreign policy, is disastrous but clearly illuminate, to even the most casual observer, that he is indeed a minnow swimming in a sea of barracuda’s. We already know who Obama is, a crypto-Islamist who absolutely does not have Americas best interest in mind.

For example, Russia is not taking the fight to ISIS. It’s attacking the anti-Assad forces we support. Putin is looking to Russia’s own self-interest, doing so without fear of US meddling, In this case, Putin wants more control over the worlds oil supply as well as hegemony in the Arab world. Doubtless, we can soon expect Egypt to become Russia’s newest client. Egypt will welcome them because of Obama’s treachery in trying to install the Muslim Brotherhood as Egypt’s government. Obama’s disastrous Arab Spring scheme is totally his and represents his disaster plan for extreme world turmoil.

At the United Nations this week, Russia’s Vladimir Putin snatched the role of world leadership right out from under Obama’s nose. The entire world saw the exchange of leadership. It was America’s worst humiliation since Jimmy Carter.

At the UN, Putin made his case for despotism and stable government by dictatorship. Obama made his case for weakness, vacillation and indecision, whining about the desperate need to engage in conversations with our enemies while empty handed.

The conflicts in Iraq and Syria are completely Obama’s fault. Putin saw it, correctly gauged his opponent as a weak, useless non leader and acted accordingly, in Russia’s interest. Now Putin is telling us to get out of the away. Putin still has a problem, he can’t afford the military he has, nor can he continue to use it in the way he intends. Politics are politics but money is fungible. He doesn’t have enough of it!

Finally, one would expect that after their unhappy Afghan experience the Russians would not follow the same failed plan in Syria. They lost ignominiously and that scenario should not be repeated. I have a sneaking suspicion though, that like our own America politicians they might continue trying to do the same thing but expecting a different result. We’ll see soon enough. In any event, America appears to be out of the game.

Unlike Afghanistan, Putin doesn’t want to occupy Syrian territory, he already has his Mediterranean seaport there, at Assad’s pleasure. He only needs to protect Assad.

No matter how one wishers to view the middle-east conflict, it’s still only a conflict between Sunnis and Shia, Ahmadiyya’s and Wahhabism. Will we never learn? Remember, freedom is the goal, the constitution is the way. Now, let’s go get ‘em!
