Karen Dianne Petit, age 76 of Jasper, passed away at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper.

Survivors include daughter, Lesley Lewis of Alpine, California; son, Charles Jr. and Gena Petit of Acworth; son, Mark and Heather Petit of Jasper; grandchildren Christina and Gage Tracy of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, Kendall Petit of Baldwin, Miranda Petit of Cumming, Daisy Petit of Jasper; brother, Barbara and Frank Farris III of Free Home; sister, Marcia Rainey of San Diego, California; and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Petit Sr. and parents, Daisy and Frank Farris II.

Memorial Services will be held 4:00 p.m., Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Pastor Don Allen officiating.

The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home Saturday, August 11, 2018 12:00 p.m., until 3:30 p.m.

Ms. Petit will remain in the care of the staff of Roper Funeral Home as she is cremated.
