Former Pickens Dragons baseball player Colton Prather signed his Letter of Intent to play college baseball at Roane State Community College in Harriman, Tennessee, which is approximately 45 minutes west of Knoxville.Colton signed his scholarship with Roane State on Saturday with parents Tim and Sabrina as well as Pickens High School athletic director Kyle Rasco and former Dragons head baseball coach Jason Nunn in attendance.

The Roane State Raiders’ baseball team is part of the Eastern Division of the Tennessee Junior College Athletic Association and is led by new head coach Zach Sterner, who had served as the Raiders’ pitching coach since 2011.
