The Pickens Dragonettes and Dragons finished off the third and final day of the Pickens Holiday Classic with mixed results against Robbinsville High School from Graham County, North Carolina, as the Nettes outlasted the Lady Knights in a highly contested game and the Dragons played three quality quarters against the Knights before being outscored by ten in the final period of play.

The Pickens Dragonettes tipped off against the Sprayberry Lady Jackets Friday night, decmber 28, 2012. They lost this close game 64-61. The second game saw the Dragons face off against the Raiders of North Forsyth. This matchup was in the Raiders’ favor as they won 65-41. [Read more »]
