The 30th annual Marble Festival will be held this weekend, October 2-3, 2010, in Lee
Newton Park Jasper, Georgia.
The festival kicks off with the annual Marble Festival Parade at 10 AM on Jasper’s Main
Street. Local businesses, civic organizations, ball teams and various children’s groups
will host the floats included in the parade.Many other exciting annual traditions will take place throughout the festival including: live
music and entertainment, local arts and crafts, food, car show, children’s area, and a fine
arts competition to name a few.
There is free parking and shuttle in several different locations.
Admission for adults is $5.00, for students 6 & up is $3.00 and for children 5 & under
admission is free.
The festival hours are Saturday, October 2 from 10:30 AM – 6 PM and Sunday,
October 3 from 10 AM – 5:00 PM.
