The Department of Transportation plans to consider making improvements at Dragon Drive after several accidents. There have been approximately 50 collisions since 2000. DOT will consider the possibility of extending the left-turn lane in southbound Highway 53. But that change is just in the planning stage at this point and could take a while for that change to take place.
