Mr. Mark Whitfield, age 78 of Jasper and President of Jasper Banking Company, passed away at his residence.Visitation will be held at Cagle Funeral Home on Thursday, January 13th from 10AM to 9PM and Friday, January 14th from 8AM until prior to the Funeral Hour. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11AM on Friday, January 14, 2011 at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include his Grandson: Chris Brown of Jasper; Daughter and Son-In-Law: Sandra and Rich Brown of Jasper; Sisters and Brother-In-Law: Ruth and Von Hinton and Dot Whitfield, all of Jasper; Several Nieces and Nephews.
The Family requests that in lieu of flowers please make Donations to the Good Samaritan or Joy House.
