Mrs. Janie Thurman, age 78 of Talking Rock, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2011 at her residence. Visitation will begin at Cagle Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 26th at 10AM and will continue throughout the day and night until just prior to the Funeral Hour. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2PM on Thursday, January 27th at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Reverends Phil Williams and Ralph Harper officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include her Sons and Daughters-In-Law: Rick and Kathy Harper, Ralph and Linda Harper and Frank Harper, all of Jasper; Daughters and Sons-In-Law: Patsy Kunkel and Wayne of Alaska and Sharon and Don Blackmon of Talking Rock; Brothers and Sisters-In-Law: Herman and Wanda Bell, Kenny and Brenda Bell and Norman and Rachel Bell, all of Mineral Bluff and Harmon and Glenda Bell of Gwinnett County; Sister: Margie Bell of Atlanta; 11 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren and Several Nieces and Nephews.
