Almost 300 people attended the 3rd annual banquet for the North Georgia Pregnancy Center on Thursday, October 13th. The event was held at the Chattahoochee Tech in Jasper.
The keynote speaker was Dr. Marc Newman. Dr. Marc Newman is founder and president of FRONTLINE Communication Services, a training firm dedicated to equipping pro-life advocates with public speaking skills, located in eastern Tennessee. He is the former Director of Speech and Debate at the University of California at Irvine and has trained speakers in the public and private sectors for over twenty years.
The food was catered by Madeline’s of Jasper and contrary to the usual menu, there was no chicken, but beef tips, puff pastry, carrots, salad, and a pumpkin roll and chocolate cake.
Each year’s banquet has enjoyed increased attendance and donations. This year’s was no exception. All expectations were exceeded.
