Mrs. Betty Ann Fortner, age 76 of Talking Rock, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta.Visitation will be held at Cagle Funeral Home beginning at 1:30PM on Wednesday, October 19th and will continue throughout until prior to the Funeral Hour.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 1PM on Friday, October 21, 2011 at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Reverends Larry Kelley and Rex Mashburn officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Copperhill, TN.
Survivors include her Husband: Johnny Fortner of Talking Rock; Sons and Daughter-In-Law: William and Charlotte Fortner of Jasper, Gary Fortner of Dalton and Tim Fortner of Talking Rock; Daughters: Gail Cox of Talking Rock, Tammy Fortner of Winder and Amberly Fortner of Dallas; Brothers: Jack Walden of Illinois, James Walden and Jerry Walden, both of Atlanta; Sisters: Inez Hyde of Calhoun and Helen Benfield of Jacksonville, FL; 11 Grandchildren and 25 Great-Grandchildren.
