Rev. Wally Bearden, age 68, of Jasper, GA passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.
Funeral Services are being held at 1:00 pm Friday, December 30, 2011 at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home, Dr. Ben Langley officiating. Interment followed at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
Rev. Bearden is survived by his wife: Jean Bearden, Jasper, Step-Mother: Barbara Turner, LaGrange, GA, Sons: Michael Bearden, Pennsacola, FL, Damon Bearden, Cave Springs, GA, and Aaron Bearden, Jasper, GA, Brother: David Bearden, LaGrange, GA, Sisters: Linda Head, Hiram, GA and Melody Vickers, Hiram GA, eight Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren and several Nieces & Nephews.
Serving as Pallbearers were: Jerry Wilson, Mickey Carver, Bob Whitfield, Tony Williams, Lynn Williams and Dale Williams.
The family did accept flowers but prefer memorials be made to Shiloh Baptist Church Building Fund.
