Cagle Funeral Home announces the death of Miss Dot Whitfield, age 85 of Jasper, who passed away at her residence on Saturday morning, January 14, 2012. Graveside Services are scheduled for Sunday, January 15 at Sunrise Memorial Gardens with Omega Hospice Chaplain David Lewis officiating.
Survivors are brother-in-law, Rev. Von Hinton, Jasper; nieces and nephews. Miss Whitfield was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lila Little Whitfield; brother, Mark Whitefield and sister, Ruth Hinton.
The family request instead of flowers to make memorials to Omega Hospice, 27 Maple Ridge Road, Suite A, Cartersville, GA 30171 or to the Alzheimer’s Association.
