Daily Prayer: February 29, 2012

Matthew 19:26 “But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, with men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.”
Eternal heavenly Father, teach us that we are eternal souls and only spiritual meat can satisfy the inner-most longing. The joy of material things is fleeting and passive and can never minister to the soul. Help us to trust in you, to grow in grace and in faith. We thank you that you are the God of the impossible. Life cast upon us so many times circumstances and events that from the human viewpoint are totally above our ability to cope with them.

If this person who seeks you now faces such in life, grant this person the faith and the grace to trust the matter into your keeping.
