Mr. Randall Lamar Hampton, age 48, of Nelson, Georgia died Wednesday, April 4, 2012 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
Born May 23, 1963 in Pickens County, he was preceded in death by his Mother, Sarah Luvina Green Hampton. Mr. Hampton had worked as a cook and cashier with Wendy’s in Canton, Georgia and was a member of the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include HIS FATHER, Rev. Leo Hampton, of Nelson, Ga.; SISTERS, Sarah Diane Hampton, of Douglasville, Ga.; Emily Marcia Hampton, of Jasper, Ga.; BROTHERS & SISTERS-IN-LAW, Leo Alan Hampton, of Gwinnett County; Bobby Mitchell and Shirley Hampton, of Cleveland, N.C.; Gregory Scott Hampton, of Nelson, Ga.; David Alexander and Doris Hampton, of Nelson, Ga.; Carlos Deonn and Shanda Hampton, of Jasper, Ga.; Several Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins also survive
Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 9, 2012, at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, with the remains placed in state at the Church at 1:00 p.m., the Rev. Charles D. Morgan will officiate, with the interment to follow in the Lake Forest Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Hampton may be viewed after 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, after 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. A Wake will be on Sunday, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
