2. Adopted Resolution making tentative contract award of the construction contract for Water System Improvements, Tate Water Line to T. Stanco, Inc. in the amount of $335,765.45.
This award is subject to USDA Rural Development approval. BT. Stanco was the lowest responsible, responsive bidder.
3. Signed MATS Contract
