Mrs. Cleo Helen Cooper, age 95 of Jasper, Georgia and formerly of Atlanta, Georgia died Sunday, May 12, 2013 at the Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper, Georgia following a period of declining health.
Born May 11, 1918 in Clay County, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Hiram Heath and Fronnie Mae Bonds Heath. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Dorsey Cooper, Sr. and a son, Hugh Dorsey Cooper, Jr. Mrs. Cooper was a homemaker and was a member of the Eastland Heights Baptist Church.
Survivors include, DAUGHTER-IN-LAW, Gail Thomas Cooper of Jasper, Ga.; GRANDDAUGHTERS, Cynthia Cooper Brickell, (spouse Bill) of Mt. Pleasant, S.C,; Catherine Cooper Rumble, (spouse Chris) of Jasper, Ga.; Candace Cooper Myers, (spouse Tommy) of Stockbridge, Ga.; GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN, Zachary Rumble, Kara Rumble, Katlyn Myers, Miley Myers, Shelby Myers and Elsa Myers.
Graveside Services are scheduled for 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 15, 2013 from the Fairview Memorial Gardens in Stockbridge, Georgia, Rev. Chris Rumble will officiate.
The Family and Friends are asked to assemble at the Cemetery no later than 2:45 p.m.on Wednesday.
