North Georgia Walk for the Cure Golf Tournament

Wednesday, August 7th, 2013 Bent Tree Country Club

Format: Scramble Style Registration at 11:00 1:00 pm Shotgun start Contests start at 12:30
Price: $500 per team. Lunch will be provided. Make checks payable and mail to: North Georgia Walk for the Cure 99 Cove Road Jasper, GA 30143. Proceeds go to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Fund.

Golf Ball Drop: $5 per ball done in format of 50/50 raffle
Putting Contest: $10 per try for a weekend getaway at St. Simons Island November 8th and 9th. (Additional nights may be purchased).

Registration includes: Lunch, golf cart, putting green, driving range, Closest to the Hole contest and longest drive contest.

Additional prizes for first place team, longest drive and closest to the pin contest.

Names of players: (include handicap if known, or can be done at Tournament)

Sponsorship opportunities:
Tee signs: $100 each – these will be placed by one of the holes on the golf course

Goody Bag Items: If you have any business promotional items you would like to donate for the goody bags for the golfers, please plan for 75 bags. We can arrange to stop by your business to pick the items up or you may drop them off at Wayside Animal Hospital.

Any other prizes or donations would be great and all are recognized on our North Georgia Walk for the Cure Facebook page as well as Wayside Animal Hospital’s Facebook Page.
