b) Surplus Red Truck – Motion to accept or decline bids on the red truck (Brandy)
7. New Business:
a) Budget Amendment to allocate $20,000 from SPLOST to the Park bond project.

b) Resolution to adopt the Five-Year Plan update, 2013-2017 (Brandy)
