Pickens High School football players and fans are counting down the days until the Dragons’ kick off the 2013 season, as Thursday marks the first full pads practice for this year’s edition of the Pickens Dragons.With the season quickly approaching, I sat down with Dragons head coach Chris Parker and discussed what he is looking for in his second season at PHS.
