Pickens Dragonettes senior center Sarah Smith has committed to play basketball at Campbell University, a private university in Buies Creek, North Carolina.Smith, who has one season left as a Dragonettes basketball player, will play for the Lady Camels, who are led by longtime head coach Wanda Watkins and call the Big South Conference home.
The Lady Camels posted a 20-11 record in the 2012-2013 season and were a win in the Big South championship game away from reaching the NCAA Tournament.
