Edna Ballew : Obituary

Mrs. Edna Ballew, age 80 of Talking Rock, Georgia died Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at the Heritage Healthcare in Jasper, following a period of declining health.
Born April 29, 1933 in Talking Rock, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Robert Milton Edmonds and Hattie Elizabeth Collis Edmonds. She was also preceded in death by her husband,John Burton Ballew and a son, Wendell Ballew. Mrs. Ballew was a homemaker and a member of the Town Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include, DAUGHTER & SON-IN-LAW, Lori and Allen Carver of Talking Rock, Ga.; SON, Randall Ballew of Talking Rock, Ga.; DAUGHTER-IN-LAW, Jeanette Ballew of Talking Rock, Ga.; GRANDCHILDREN, Sheena Bryant, Sara Zeamer and Stephanie Ballew; GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN, Tucker, Tyler and Elli; SISTER, Charlene Powell of Talking Rock, Ga.; BROTHER, Castle Edmonds of Talking Rock, Ga.; Several Nieces, Nephews and Other Relatives also survive.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 17, 2013 at the Roper Funeral Home, Rev. Ben Mock and Rev. Ben Langley will officiate, with the interment to follow in Town Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
