Bluegrass Championship Coming To Jasper

The Georgia Marble Festival is proud to be the Home of the Georgia State Bluegrass Competition. A variety of competitions including Fiddle, Flat-Pickin’ Guitar, Bluegrass Banjo, Mandolin and a Bluegrass Band Competition. The competitions will take place on Saturday and Sunday of the Georgia Marble Festival. A $15 fee per competition entry, and a fee of $10 per person for Band Entries. Cash prizes for all categories, and $1000 winner take all cash prize for the Bluegrass Band competition. We will end the Saturday events with Lonesome River Band performing on stage. The featured local band for Saturday will be Grass Backardz. We hope everyone will come out and support the Georgia Marble Festival and the Georgia State Bluegrass Championship.
