Mrs. Tammy Emory, age 46 of Talking Rock, passed away at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital on Wednesday morning January 1, 2014. She is survived by her husband; Roger Emory, daughters & son-in-law; Lora & James Brown, Betty Emory, Cathy Emory, Cynthia Emory, brother & sister-in-law; Tommy & Shelia Coker, sisters & brothers-in-law; Sue & Emory Samples, Karen & Fred Miller, Linda Coker, Terry Ruth Adams, grandchildren; Roger Emory, Rosemary Shipman, Dennis Free, Robert Lee Emory and several nieces & nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 12 noon till 10pm, Friday from 8am till 10pm, and again on Saturday from 8am until prior to the funeral hour.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2pm on Saturday at the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Revs. Harold Mull, Tim Hyde & Anthony Stonecipher officiating. The interment will follow in Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will accept flowers or donations to Cagle Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
