J. M. Buttrum : Obituary

Mr. J. M. Buttrum, age 65 of Fairmount, passed away as the result of a falling tree on Saturday January 25, 2014.He is survived by his wife; Doris Buttrum, sons; Jody Buttrum, Teddy Buttrum, Terry Buttrum, daughters & sons-in-laws; Susan & Steve Silvers, Trina & Danny Wright, sisters; Sue Canslor, Jenny Hamrick, Teresa Blalock, 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; Marvin and Mae, brother; Danny Buttrum, sisters; Marjorie Childers, Carolyn Thompson and Sharon Rampley.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 6pm till 10pm, on Monday from 8am till 10 pm and again on Tuesday from 8am until prior to the funeral hour.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2pm on Tuesday at the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Rev. Herman Mulkey officiating. The interment will follow at Bethel Christian Church Cemetery.

Cagle Funeral Home is honored to serve the Buttrum family.
