Mr. Glenn Brannon, age 65 of Talking Rock, passed away at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital on Thursday February 20, 2014. He is survived by his wife; Linda Walker Brannon, mother-in-law; Claudine Walker, daughters & son-in-law; Amanda & Issac Sabetai, Pam Brannon, brothers & sister-in-law; Jack & Theresa Brannon, Randy Brannon, sisters & brother-in-law; Brenda Childers, Teresa & Dale Stone, Deborah Brannon, Grandchild; Ellise Parker Sabetai and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 11am until 8pm and again on Saturday from 8am till prior to the funeral hour. Funeral services are scheduled for 1pm on Saturday at Philadelphia Baptist Church with Rev. Grant Wade officiating. The interment will follow in the church cemetery with local chapter 47 DAV in charge of military graveside services.
The family will accept flowers or donations to Army Emergency Relief.
