PCA Pickens Planted a Pinwheel Garden

After Pickens County declared April as Prevent Child Abuse Awareness Month, the members of PCAPickens planted a pinwheel garden in front of the county administration building. The shining pinwheel represents a bright future for our children and our community. Please support Pinwheels for Prevention as pinwheel gardens and displays sprout up at churches, businesses, schools and medical facilities throughout the county.
