Ms. Lorene DeMont, age 61 of Jasper, GA died Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta. Lorene was born May 4, 1952 in Pine Log Mountain,GA. She is survived by Son & Daughter-in-law; Bill & Kelly DeMont, Ft. Benning, GA., Special Friend; Mike Driskell, Jasper, GA, Father; Bill Mewborn, Sisters; Nancy Neighbors, Linda Holcombe; Several Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives also survive.
She was preceded in death by her Daughter; Laura DeMont, and Brother; Ronnie Cash.
Memorial Services are scheduled for 2:00pm Sunday, May 4, 2014 in the Roper Funeral Home Chapel. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home on Sunday from 12:00pm to 2:00pm.
The family asks in lieu of flowers, that contributions be made to the Lorene DeMont Memorial fund C/O Roper Funeral Home 206 Holly St, Jasper, GA 30143.
