Mrs. Ann Fountain Boltz, age 78 of Ocala, Florida and formerly of Jasper, passed away at her residence Sunday morning May 18, 2014. She is survived by her husband: Richard Boltz, brothers & sisters-in-law: Jimmy & Bernice Fountain, Rev. Joe & Shirley Fountain, sisters & brothers-in-law: Jean & Jr. Carver, Frances & Paul Millsap. She was preceded in death by her parents: Rev. Claude & Emma Fountain, brothers: John, Charlie Jay & Jerry Fountain and sister: Dora Jane Silvers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday May 22 from 10am until prior to the entombment service hour. Entombment services are scheduled for 4pm on Thursday at Cherokee Memorial Park in Canton with Rev. Joe Fountain officiating.
The family will accept potted plants or donate to the Cancer Society.
