Mr. Randall Allen Young: Obituary

Mr. Randall Allen Young age 53 of Jasper, GA passed away Sunday, June 15, 2014 at his home.
Randall was born June 4, 1961 in Gordon County. He worked as a Resource Officer for the Gilmer County Sheriff’s Department.

Survivors include his Wife; Lynn Young, of Jasper, Mother; Ritta Young, of Fairmount, Son and Daughter-in-law, Josh and Christina Young, of Talking Rock, Granddaughters; Callaway and Whitley Young, Brother and Sister-in-law; Rev. Jerrold and Marcelle Young, of Jasper, Sisters and Brothers-in-law; Diane and Ken Grams, of Fairmount, Kathy Towery, of Jasper, and Debbie and Charles Edwards, of Fairmount, several nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by his Infant Daughter April Michelle Young and Father Roy Young.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00am Wednesday at the Roper Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Tatum and Rev. Tim Hyde officiating. Interment will follow in the Talking Rock Cemetery.

The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Monday from5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Tuesday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and on Wednesday from 9:00 am until the funeral hour.
