Infant Athena Phoenix Higgins, age 2 months of Jasper, passed away at Egleston Childrens Hospital in Atlanta on Monday July 21, 2014. She is survived by her parents; Jessica Sims & Jason Higgins, sisters; Marissa Higgins, Haven Sims, grandparents; Andrea Miller & Michael Miller, Glen & Elizabeth Higgins, several other grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday July 27, 2014 from 1pm till 4pm with prayer services at 4pm.
