It was reported that Mr. Timothy Smith was identified this evening at approximately 9:00 pm near the near Camp Dobbs and Highway 108 area in Cherokee County. He is believed to be traveling on foot with a white female. Please be on the lookout. Pickens and Cherokee County deputies patrolling the area with multiple units and K9.
