Justice and the Usual Suspects

Opinion by George McClellan:Our alleged president held an emergency summit at the White House on Dec.1st, on the Ferguson problem (?), however Obama and Holder define it. I am reminded of the joke about the three wolves and a sheep discussing what they were going to have for dinner. The sheep is a white policemen!

Obama’s convened panel of experts, all experienced in black urban rioting, focusing on the claims of black profiling and other crimes by white policemen, was anchored by no less then Obama’s best new friend, that grand illuminary of social injustice, the rhetorical genius of MSNBC, who didn’t know the difference between Ottawa and Iowa, the Reverend Al Sharpton. Eric Holder was the third wolf.

Believe, that the next white policeman who kills a black hoodlum under any pretext, will first be eviscerated by the DoJ, lynched by the press and hounded into oblivion long before a Grand Jury can deliver a ruling. They will not take another chance with the system. They tried with Darren Wilson and lost. In losing, they turned their guns of hate on the Chief of the Ferguson Police with hidden threats of killings, etc. if Wilson wasn’t fired. The Police Department caved and made Wilson do so too.

Other of Obama’s panelists included many of the usual suspects from the black community all fearful of losing their lucrative modes of income of race baiting if the killing of Michael Brown is actually accepted for what it really was, a youthful product of a dysfunctional black community, clinging to the deeply implanted philosophy that they are, and constantly will be, victims of white society. They stand nearly united as a race that refuses to assimilate into a successful American Society preferring instead to glory in their role of victims and the financial benefits that comes with it. The exceptions are ostracized as “Uncle Toms.”

The black community supposedly cries out for ‘justice’ but doesn’t even know what it is. Justice is simply Due Process. We saw that in Ferguson, Mo. when the Grand Jury’s, correctly, declined to find a bill of inditement against white police officer Darren Wilson. The evidence of pre-meditation or criminal intent simply wasn’t there. The evidence that young Brown was a strong-arm robber, had smoked marijuana and had physically assaulted a policeman, was. What the Democrats have pounded into the heads of the black community for generations, is that justice denied to one, is a slap in the face to blacks everywhere. What democrats clearly don’t want the black community to know is that Justice does not and was never intended to guarantee outcomes.

Obama’s panel has criticized how police react to black mayhem. It did not address black mayhem. Police, in their armored protective gear, possessed of tear gas, firearms, and night sticks present a threatening front to the black community (I certainly hope so) that stands in the way of black progress. Obama wants to fund body cameras for policemen all over America, presumably to record the crimes of police officers in contact with innocent black citizens. Some think that’s a great idea. Maybe, but, we can’t afford it (America’s broke), it isn’t the federal governments job to equip local police, its a local or state function, and it gives the DoJ another excuse to meddle in local law enforcement affairs. Now, who wants that?

Lingering in the back of my mind is a frightening statement Obama made six years or so ago about him needing a national police force that was as well equipped and as well armed as the military. That ugly thought pops up from time to time in obscure news reports that such a force may now be a fact. It would help explain the vast quantity of ammunition the Dept. of Homeland Security suddenly procured. That ammo might indeed be needed for quarterly agency firearms qualifications, as my agency did over the years, but the sheer excess quantity purchased by so many other federal agency’s certainly gives one pause. Could that be Obama’s answer to how to deal with future Ferguson’s?

Ferguson, and the fall out from Ferguson, has once again taken our eyes off the real issues of Obama’s criminal organization still to be resolved: Benghazi, IRS, Fast and Furious, amnesty for illegals & etc…
We can’t forget those issues. Remember, freedom is the goal, the constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em. (02 Dec 2014)
