Mr. Charles C. Raynes: Obituary

Mr. Charles C. Raynes, age 66, of Loganville passed away Sunday, March 29, 2015 at Dekalb Medical.
He was born in Jasper on October 19, 1948 to the late Leon and Gladys Raynes. Mr. Raynes proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps.

He is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Alana and James Williams of Loganville, Angel and William Freitag of Alpharetta, Allison Watson of Morrow; sisters, Kathleen Richardson of Jasper, Ann Bunch of Jasper; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

The funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Dr. William L. Herndon officiating. Interment will follow at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Roper Funeral Home from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday and from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Tuesday.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home & Crematory of Jasper, Georgia.
