Mr. Barry Chastain age 59 of Dawsonville who passed away Monday May 18, 2015 at the Northside Hospital Forsyth.
He is survived by his Daughter & Son-in-law; Mindi Bramlett and Joshua Sumrell, Ball Ground, Mother: Eunice Chumbley, Dawsonville, Sisters, Cindy Booth, Ellijay and Sheila Beck, Jasper, Grandchildren; Myles Bramlett, Kayla Bramlett, and Rayna Sumrell.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11 AM until 9 PM and on Wednesday all day until 9 PM. Mr. Chastain will be cremated following the visitation.
The family request that those who wish to send flowers to send a live green plant.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home and Crematory.
