James (Bud) Leon Padgett, Jr. passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2015 as a result of an automobile accident.He is survived by his wife, Mary Padgett, Ball Ground; parents, James & Ann Padgett, Ball Ground; father-in-law, Doug Marcum, West Virginia; mother-in-laws, Dema Marcum and Aretta Marcum both of West Virginia; daughters, Amber Padgett and April Padgett, Ball Ground; sisters and brothers-in-laws, Becky & Jason Little, Ball Ground and Brenda & Richard Evans, Jasper and several nieces and nephews. James was preceded in death by a daughter, Bethanie Padgett.
Visitation will begin Friday at 10:30 am to 10 pm, Saturday, 8 am to 10 pm and Sunday, 8 am until the funeral hour at 2 pm at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Lake Forest Memorial Park.
The family will accept flowers but prefer donations to Cagle Funeral Home to help with the funeral expenses.
