Barbara Ann Hitt, age 53, of Jasper passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Atlanta Medical Center in Atlanta. Barbara was born February 22, 1962 to Sam and Lilly Griffis in Atlanta.Survivors include son, Chris Tucker of Talking Rock; daughter, Jacqueline Brown of Ball Ground; grandchildren, Callie Tucker and Reese Tucker.
Plans for a memorial service will be announced later.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home and Crematory.
