Late last night, the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office notified the public of a missing child.

Logan Wayne Sanford,11 yr old is currently missing with an adult family friend in the Monument Rd area. They have been in the wooded area since last night but were seen at around 4:30 this afternoon by a nearby resident.
Logan is 5ft 2in, 90lbs, Blonde hair, Blue eyes. Last seen wearing camouflage pants and a brown shirt.
If you spot him, please contact 911.
Today, just after 11am, the Sheriff’s office updated the page announcing,
MISSING CHILD HAS BEEN LOCATED.
With echos of thanks and prayer, the public responded overwhelmingly to the news. After a hard night, this lost child has been recovered within 14 hours of our first Missing Report.
