Mr. Jack Brooks, age 63 of Ball Ground, passed away at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta on Saturday November 28, 2015.
He is survived by his wife: Shelia Brooks of Ball Ground, mother: Ruby Brooks of Ball Ground, father-in-law: Jack R. Edwards of Ball Ground, daughters & son-in-law: Elizabeth & Davis Knight of Jacksonville, Fl., Elise Brooks of Ball Ground, brother & sister-in-law: Jerry & Patsy Brooks of White, Ga., sister & brother-in-law: Janet & Kennie Childers of Ball Ground, brothers-in-law: Lanier Edwards of Eufaula, Alabama, Kenneth Edwards of Greenville, Alabama, grandchildren: Matthew & Zoe Knight, 3 nieces, 4 nephews and 2 great-nephews.
Jack was preceded in death by his father: Deyo Brooks and mother-in-law: Lucille Edwards.
The family will receive friends at Cagle Funeral Home on Monday November 30th from 3pm until 9pm, Tuesday from 8am until 9pm and on Wednesday from 8am until prior to the funeral hour.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11am on Wednesday from the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Waddell officiating. The interment will follow in the Ball Ground Community Cemetery with Ball Ground Masonic Lodge 261 in charge of Masonic graveside services.
The family will accept flowers or donations to Ball Ground Masonic Lodge 261 for needed family fund.
