Mr. William Carl Watson, age 60, of Powder Springs passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at Tranquility at Kennesaw Mountain in Marietta, Georgia.
Mr. Watson is survived by his mother, Dorothy Watson formerly of Ranger; brothers, Alexander Watson of Villa Rica, Ricky Watson of Saltillo, Tennessee; sisters, Gloria Parker of Jasper, and Gail Castanon of Rialto, California. Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 8, 2016 at the Chapel of Roper Funeral. Interment will follow at Bethel Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 6, 2016; from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday; and until the funeral hour on Friday.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to a trust fund for a family in need – Dorothy Watson at Regions Bank.
