Rock Star Ferrell tells Rotary “It’s not them it’s you!”

      Billed as “The Rock Star of Personal Development” Scot Ferrell lived up to his reputation of no non-sense straight to the point advice for getting relationships on track.  He proclaimed, “I can inspire you but you are the only one who can motivate yourself to get passion and perfect direction on your side.”

“Every significant change in the world starts with you,” stated the long haired personal development coach.  He shared three steps to help get one’s life to unlock fear and help create a life of purpose.

The first step is “to be real.”  “You are what you act like,” highlighted Ferrell.  He advised business people and parents to look closely at themselves because they are a “living model” whose actions do not always equal who one thinks they are.

Next is to be component in what you do.  He advised the group to solve somebody else’s problem, be the best at what you do and don’t be replaceable.

The third area asked, “can people trust what you say?”

The Rock Star’s all time hero is his uncle John because in served and survived Pearl Harbor.  He was inspired by his personal commitment and service beyond himself.
