Mrs. Thelma West Crockett: Obituary

Mrs. Thelma West Crockett, age 82 of Woodstock, passed away at Woodstock Nursing Home & Rehab Tuesday July 12, 2016.

Mrs. Crockett is survived by her son: Michael Keith Crockett of Tennessee; daughters: Pamela Lynn Crockett of Atlanta and Patricia C. Schumann of Atlanta; brothers: Arven West of Fairmount, Max West of Jasper, Otes Daniel West of Cartersville, and David West of Douglasville; sisters: Doris West Jackson of Athens, Dale Slate of Lithia Springs, and Sarah West Mulkey of Fairmount; grandchildren: Amanda C. Crockett, Michael K. Crockett, Hannah N. Schumann, and Kiley A. Schumann; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday July 13, 2016 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm and on Thursday from 8:00am until prior to the funeral service. The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Thursday at Philadelphia Baptist Church with Revs. Bryan Prance, Frankie Ellis, and Moss Fountain officiating. Interment at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will accept flowers or donate to the Alzheimer’s Association.
