Sylvia Ann Puckett Montgomery, age 53, of Jasper passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016 at her home.
She is survived by her husband, Greg Montgomery of Jasper; daughter and son-in-law, Candice and Tom Fowler of Jasper; father, Billy Puckett of Lawrenceville; sisters, Sandra Harkins of West Virginia, Virginia Fountain of Lithia Springs; grandchildren, Paisley Fowler of Jasper and Trevon Fowler of Jasper. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Cox Puckett.
Visitation will be Tuesday, August 23 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Arrangements are entrusted to the staff of Roper Funeral Home & Crematory in Jasper, Georgia.
