Dale Anne Carter, age 58, of Canton, passed away Friday, December 23, 2016 at her home. She was born July 24, 1958 to Lois and Charles Carter in Washington, DC.
She is survived by parents, Charles and Lois Carter of Big Canoe; siblings, Charles T. Carter Jr. of Marietta, Nan Leigh Carter of Woodstock, Stuart Fulton Carter of Milton; nieces and nephews, Craig Carter, Leigh Carter, Chad Morrow, and Camden Carter.
A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
