Job fair events are popular in the eyes of both employers and potential employees. For a job seeker, there are many advantages to attending a job fair. This gives you a chance to put a face to your resume and allows you to gain some interview practice.
Pickens County American Legion Post 149 and the Georgia Department of Labor will be hosting a job and resource expo from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Thursday, 13 July at Chattahoochee Tech located at 100 Campus Drive.
Employers from Cobb, Cherokee, Bartow, Gilmer and Pickens Counties will be present to interview those expressing interest on site. Along with employers, multiple organizations will be present. These organizations will be able to provide others with resources in their job search.
