As a veteran who now has to travel to Oakwood and I live in Ellijay Georgia which is in Gilmer County I am looking forward to the new clinic in Jasper Georgia. I I would like to know if there is a opening date scheduled for that clinic in Jasper.
A veteran who lives in Ballground and travels to Oakwood or lawrenceville a clinic in Jasper would be great and am looking forward to it opening. Do we have a opening date?
Do we have an opening date yet. My husband would love to move closer than oakwood.
There seems to be a lot of political fluff behind the proposed Jasper Veteran's Administration location. There is talk from both Washington D.C. and Atlanta that this is still not a done deal? In fact, it was mentioned that the billets for the Jasper location were pulled?
I'm sorry, but I along with many other Veterans in the community would like to see something more concrete. Praying that we haven't been held as fools for someone's political gain.
As a veteran & former VA employee, I hope this new facility is more than a CBOC. I hope to learn that they will have a full diagnostic imaging department with MRI & CT as that's my profession & would allow me an opportunity to move back to N. GA! Does anyone know if MRI services will be available?
