David Anthony Hollifield, age 74, of Jasper passed away Thursday, April 5, 2018 at his home.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Tammy Hollifield of Jasper; daughter and son-in-law, Brandy and Tracy Payne of Talking Rock; sister, Barbara Duncan of Jasper; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his son, Shane Hollifield.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 9, 2018 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Huey Holloway officiating. Interment will follow in the Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery on Burnt Mountain Road in Jasper.
The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.; Sunday, April 8, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Monday, April 9, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
