Herbert Lee “Cub” Hodgens, age 84, of Jasper passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.
Survivors include his daughter, Sherry Hodgens of Ball Ground; sister, Carol Rathbun; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Wanette Hodgens; brothers-in-law, Doug Barrett, Sidney Parker; sister-in-law, Buena Darnell. Several nieces, nephews and other family members also survive.
Cub was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Sue Parker Hodgens and son, Terry Hodgens.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home.
The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home Saturday, August 4th, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
