Patricia Anne Scott

May 25, 1947 – January 5, 2019

Patricia Anne Scott, age 71, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away January 5, 2019 at Gordon Hospital in Calhoun.

Mrs. Scott is survived by her husband, Larry B. Scott of Dalton; daughter and son-in-law, Destini and Matthew Shope of Jasper; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Rhonda Chastain of Jasper; daughter and son-in-law Jessica Danielle and Tony McWhorter of Gulf Breeze, Florida; son, David Young of Verbena, Alabama; son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and April Scott of Seminole, Florida; grandchildren, Mallory, Ryan, Brooke, Chris, Jadyn, Tyler, Caleb, Nicholas, Brenson, Marleigh and Erica; great-grandchildren, Hadley and Linkin; brother and sister-in-law, David and Rene Duncan of Cartersville; brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Linda Webb of Florida; sister and brother-in-law, Donna and David Gattis of Douglasville; sister and brother-in-law, Faye and Frankie Kingsland of Marietta; sister, Dianne Samples of Marietta; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Doris and Roy Jesse Duncan Jr.

The family will receive friends at Roper Funeral Home Monday, January 7, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday, January 8, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.

Services will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home.
